Every rental arrives clean and ready to use, with setup and pickup included. We provide all essential supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. We also provide a hose and extension cords for the power & water. Additional charges may include delivery fees and tax.

We are based in southeast Tennessee, and service TN along with the surrounding area, including Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina and Kentucky.

The sooner the better, however we will always do our best to accommodate any requests!

Ideally, you’ll have access to a water spigot and standard 110V/20-amp outlet within 100 feet of the trailer. We provide the necessary hose and extension cords. Don’t have access to one or both? No problem! For an additional fee, we can provide onboard water and generator power.

Our trailers can be placed almost anywhere on flat, solid ground, with enough space for delivery and pickup. We’ll contact you 24 hours before your event to confirm the location and help determine the best set-up spot.

We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date, that will go towards your final balance. If you cancel at least 30 days before your event, you will not owe the remaining balance. 30 days prior to your event, full payment is required and non-refundable. Your initial deposit is transferable to another date.

Yes! We carry commercial policies for every aspect of the business to ensure everyone’s safety.

Yes! We offer flexible rental periods, including single-day, weekend, weekly, and monthly options to accommodate everything from film sets, to construction sites and bathroom remodels.

A minimum two-day rental may apply depending on the travel distance.
